ข้าพเจ้าได้อ่านกฎกติกาการแข่งขันครั้งนี้และตกลงยินยอมอยู่ภายใต้ข้อบังคับของกติกา ดังกล่าว ที่ทางผู้จัดฯ กำหนดขี้น เมื่อการสมัครของข้าพเจ้าได้รับการอนุมัติ หรือเมื่อข้าพเจ้า ได้รับอนุญาตให้เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันในครั้งนี้ ข้าพเจ้าขอรับรองว่าจะไม่เรียกร้องและยินยอม เป็นผู้รับผิดในความเสียหายแทนผู้จัดแข่งขัน, โปรโมเตอร์จัดการแข่งขัน, ผู้อุปถัมภ์ ตลอดจน พนักงานต่าง ๆ ผู้แทนและตัวแทนนิติบุคคลดังกล่าว ในกรณีที่มีการดำเนินการเรียกร้องค่า สินไหมทดแทน อันเกี่ยวกับการตาย การบาดเจ็บ การสูญสิ้นและความเสียหายต่าง ๆ ที่เกิด ขึ้นกับตัวบุคคลหรือทรัพย์สินของข้าพเจ้า ผู้ร่วมโดยสารหรือช่างเครื่องยนต์ (แล้วแต่กรณี) ไม่ว่าการดังกล่าวจะเกิดขึ้นเนื่องจาก หรือเกี่ยวกับหรือสืบเนื่องมาจากการอนุมัติใบสมัครหรือร่วม การแข่งขันในครั้งนี้ ไม่ว่าความเสียหายดังกล่าวได้เกิดขึ้น เพราะนิติบุคคลดังกล่าว พนักงาน ของนิติบุคคล ผู้แทนหรือตัวแทน ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการกระทำหรือได้ทำโดยประมาทก็ตาม

ข้าพเจ้าขอรับรองด้วยความเชื่อมั่นว่า ผู้ขับขี่มีความสามารถเพียงพอที่จะร่วม การแข่งขัันตามใบสมัครนี้ และยวดยานที่สมัครควรมีสภาพเหมาะสมและปลอดภัยสำหรับ การแข่งขันโดยคำนึงถึงสภาพสนามแข่งและอัตราความเร็วของการแข่งขัน ข้าพเจ้าขอรับ รองว่าข้าพเจ้าและผู้เกี่ยวข้องทุก ๆ คนกับใบสมัครนี้ ยอมรับและเห็นด้วยกับคำตัดสินเกี่ยว กับเหตุการณ์ซึ่งเกิดขึ้นระหว่างการแข่งขันในทุกกรณี

Letter of Indemnity for Damage and Participation in the Competition (Please read)

I have read the rules and regulations of this competition and agree to be bound by the said rules and regulations as set forth by the Organizer. Upon the approval of my application, or when I am authorized to participate in this competition, I hereby certify that I will not claim against and agree to be liable for damages on behalf of the Organizer, Promoter, Sponsors and their employees, representatives, and proxy of such juristic persons in the event that a claim is filed concerning to death, injury, loss and damages that happened to my properties, personnel, passenger, or mechanic (as the case may be), regardless of whether the said incident happened due to or in connection with the approval of the application or the participation in this competition, and whether such damages has occurred because of the juristic person, its employees, its representative or its proxy have involved in the incident, or have caused it by negligence.

I hereby certify with confidence that the driver is of sufficient capability to participate in the competition. I hereby certify that I and everyone in connection with this application accept and agree with all decisions regarding the incidents that occur during the competition.

หนังสือค้ำประกันความเสียหาย (โปรดอ่าน)

1. ในกรณีที่ข้าพเจ้าทำความเสียหายต่อสนามแข่งขันจนทำให้การแข่งขันต้องหยุดชะงักและทำให้ผู้ร่วมแข่งขันท่านอื่นเสียประโยชน์ข้าพเจ้ายินยอมชดใช้ค่าเสียหายเป็นจำนวน 10,000 บาท/ครั้ง
2. นักแข่งที่ทำเวลาผ่านเกณฑ์แต่ไม่ผ่านเข้ารอบในวันทำสถิติจะได้รับเงินมัดจำคืนหลังจากจบการทำสถิติ โดยการโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีธนาคารที่ผู้สมัครแจ้งไว้ ภายใน 15 วันทำการ (สำหรับผู้ที่มีเอกสารครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์)
3. ผู้สมัครที่ชำระเงินมัดจำเรียบร้อยแล้ว แต่ไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมงานได้ หรือ ตรวจสภาพไม่ผ่าน ทางผู้จัดฯ ไม่คืนเงินมัดจำทุกกรณี

Letter of Indemnity for Damage (Please read)

1. In the event that I have caused damage to the race track, and result in the competition to be interrupted and consequently making other competitors to lose their benefits, I agree to pay for damages in the amount of 10,000 Baht / time.
2. Drivers who able to pass the standard time record, but cannot qualify to compete on the time record day will receive their deposit refunded after the time record day is finished. The refund will be processed via bank transfer to the bank account given by the applicant within 15 working days (For those with complete documents)
3. Applicants who have already paid the deposit, but unable to participate in the competition, or failing the technical verification (scrutineering), the Organizer reserves the right to not refund the deposit in any case.
